About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Web and Content Developer to join our team on a remote, part-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in website design and development, as well as a passion for creating high-quality content in English and French (Spanish is a plus). You'll play a key role in building and maintaining web content for various sectors including IT education, higher education, top franchises, small businesses, and public initiatives across city, county, and state levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement websites, landing pages, and online forms (including JotForms)

  • Edit and update HTML pages; JavaScript knowledge is preferred

  • Use AI tools to generate, customize, and update engaging web content

  • Create and manage multilingual content (English and French required; Spanish optional)

  • Regularly update content to reflect changing initiatives, programs, and business needs

  • Ensure a consistent and user-friendly web experience across all platforms

  • Collaborate remotely with internal teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in web and content development

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Strong proficiency in content creation in English and French

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred)

  • Experience with online form builders like JotForm

  • Comfortable using AI-based content creation tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

🌐 Job Title: Middleware Engineer (6 Years Experience)
📍 Location: Dallas, TX (On-site 3 Days/Week)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Middleware Engineer with at least 6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. This role requires a strong background in managing, deploying, and optimizing middleware technologies to support business-critical applications. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering robust middleware solutions in a hybrid on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support middleware infrastructure (e.g., IBM WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, etc.)

  • Manage application server configurations, deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to support integrations and upgrades

  • Monitor system health and ensure high availability and scalability of services

  • Implement security protocols and patch management for middleware platforms

  • Document configurations, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in middleware engineering or related roles

  • Strong knowledge of WebSphere, JBoss, or WebLogic administration

  • Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python, etc.) for automation

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis (Splunk, ELK, etc.)

  • Experience in production support and incident management

  • Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancers, and SSL/TLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

  • Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP) in a hybrid environment

Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid Model: 3 days on-site per week in Dallas, TX
